View Windows SharePoint Services contacts

Do one of the following:

Show View a contact list previously added to Outlook

In Contacts, under Other Contacts, click the Windows SharePoint Services entry you want.
When you pause on the name of a Windows SharePoint Services contact list, the ScreenTips will append in SharePoint Folders to the name.

Show View a contact list that has not been added to Outlook

Add the contact list to Microsoft Outlook.
How?
1. In your Web browser, go to the Windows SharePoint Services contact list that you want to access within Outlook.
2. Click Link to Outlook.
3. When prompted, click Yes to add the Windows SharePoint Services contacts to Outlook.
The Windows SharePoint Services contact list opens automatically.

Note Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services contact lists can be displayed in Microsoft Outlook, but the lists must be created or edited directly on the Windows SharePoint Services site using your Web browser.
